Fitness Testing Week, Pacer Today


This week the students will be completing their 4th quarter fitness testing to see how much their physical fitness has improved. What we are looking for is overall improvement from first quarter. The guys have been working hard and are doing a great job so far. Today we are doing the pacer test. Check back to see how the classes are doing as I will update the blog each day durring the day as results come in.

So far:
1st hr 13.5 lap improvement, with a class total average of 42 laps for 1st quarter and a 52 lap average 4th quarter.

3rd hr 13.7 lap improvement, with a class total average of 32 laps for 1st quarter and 44 for 4th quarter.

Mike Mullins joined the 100 pacer list!!

4th hr 16 lap improvement, with a class total average of 30 laps for 1st quarter and 47 for 4th

5th hr 9 lap improvement, with a class total average of 33 laps for 1st quarter and 40 for 4th

6th hr 13.4 improvement, with a class total average of 40 laps for 1st quarter and 44 for 4th quarter

7th hr 16.5 improvement, with a class total average of 41 laps for 1st quarter and 53 for 4th quarter

Luke Gassett Joined the 100 pacer list with a whopping 121 laps!!!!!!!
