J Robinson is the head coach of the University of Minnesota wrestling team which is one of the best in the nation year in and year out. In PE, before we get into our activity most days we will do some kind of work out. These workouts are targeted at improving the guys fitness testing scores. One of the workouts we do are called JRobs named for coach Robinson, the workout is quick, intense and does a great job of improving shuttle times as well as helping with overall body strength.
