Set of 10

In an effort to improve strength and endurance classes will complete several different workouts during class. The work out that the students are doing today is called "Set of 10". This is a progressive exercise in which student complete 10 jumping jacks, 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups in one minute. The next minute they will complete 9 of each exercises and so on until they complete one of each exercise.
